    What: The fountain runs from May 11 to October 31. During that period, it will operate for an hour at a time at 10a, 12p, 2p, and 4p each day.
  • Benefit for Jason Black at Tramway Fire Department, 5900 McDaniel Dr, Sanford NC

    What: Get a plate of bbq chicken, green beans, potatoes, and a roll for $8 to support Jason Black, a local marine with brain cancer. Drinks available for dine-in only.

    What: Children and adults are invited for fun, free activities each day. From 6-7p, adults can choose between zumba, latin dance, yoga, seated aerobics, or tai chi while children choose between soccer and cheerleading. From 7-8p, everyone can choose between quilting projects, healty eating, and intro to computers. Free childcare will be provided for children ages 1-4. Parents must remain onsite.
  • Youth Theatre at the Temple Theatre, 120 Carthage St, Sanford NC

    What: The students and staff of the Temple’s Teen Musical Theatre Conservatory proudly present Les Misérables. Tickets are $13/adult and $7/child.
  • EVENT POSTPONED – NNO Community Play Day at the Sanford Police Department, 225 E. Weatherspoon St, Sanford NC

    What: Free family fun! Bring your family to have fun with Sanford’s police officers, firefighters, and more! There’ll be free hot dogs, chips, and drinks until supplies run out. Duke Life Flight will land a helicopter onsite and there’ll be a bounce house along with lawn games.

    What: Participate in a motorcycle ride to benefit a local woman fighting cancer. Arrive at the American Legion around 1:30p, where they’ll have music, vendors, food, and more.
  • Benefit Car Wash at Vineyard Assembly, 1922 Henley Rd, Sanford NC

    What: Get your car washed for a donation, which will be used to send youth to summer camp.
