    What: The Sanford Area Society of Shaggers will hold their monthly social. People who enjoy beach music and/or shag dancing are welcome to attend.

    What: Learn about life in earlier times through demos including hit and miss engines, a whisky still, weaving, soap-making, and more. The grist mill will also be in use. Kids can participate in a scavenger hunt. Admission is $5/person. Children under age 12 are admitted free.

    What: Live music, art, craft beer, farmer’s market and chef tastings, dance, and more. This is Waxhaw’s spring festival. Admission is free.

    What: To improve race relations, One by One is a monthly community forum to discuss racism with the hope of sharing, understanding, and healing. All are invited to participate.
