    What: The Lee Christian Drama Club will stage a production of A Charlie Brown Christmas. Tickets are $6 in advance or $8 at the door.

  • Veterans Day Program at the NC Veterans Pavilion, Main St, Broadway NC
    When:

    What: Veterans and active duty military will be honored and celebrated at a special service. There will also be a Purple Heart Reunited Presentation for the family of 1LT Samuel Lutterloh, a MIA/KIA Korean War Veteran.
  • Green & Clean Workshop at Joanne’s Gems, 144-C S. Steele St, Sanford NC
    When:

    What: Learn how to replace toxic household cleaners with natural alternatives. The class fee is $12 and includes a take-home all-purpose cleaner.
  • Free Turkey Dinner at First Baptist Chruch, 202 Summit Dr, Sanford NC

    What: The church invites the community for a turkey dinner complete wit all the fixings.

    What: The Heart of Carolina Jazz Society will perform with special guests Peggy Taphorn, Brandon Lee, and Kathy Gelb. Tickets are $16/person or $11/student. Tickets are $16 for adults and $11 for students.

  • Shared Abundance Dinner at the VFW, 1500 Veteran’s Way, Sanford NC
    When:
    12-4p
    What: Enjoy a wide variety of soups, salads, bread, and entertainment. Take home a beautiful handmade bowl. Entry is $15, which benefits the Lee County Arts Council.
