    What: The center will host bingo and games for the community. Bring a treat to share on the refreshment table.
  • ‘Clue’ at the Temple Theater, 120 Carthage St, Sanford NC
    When:

    What: See the iconic whodunnit musical for $27/adult or $15/student/senior citizen. The audience will get involved in solving the crime!
  • Pancake Supper with Silent Auction at Lemon Springs Baptist Church, 576 Sanders Rd, Sanford NC

    What: Purchase a pancake plate for $5 to benefit Operation Christmas Child. Silent auctions include homemade crafts, baked goods, and more.

  • Early Voting at the Lee County Board of Elections, 225 S. Steele St, Sanford NC

    What: Vote in the municipal election. On the ballot are Mayor Chet Mann, At-Large Council member Chas Post, Ward 1 Council member Sam Gaskins, and Ward 3 Council member James Williams.
  • Get A Jump On Christmas Bazaar at St Stephen Church, 901 N Franklin Dr, Sanford NC

    What: Shop from more than 30 vendors. They’ll also have crafts and a bake sale.
  • Car Auction at the Sheriff’s Office, 1401 Elm St, Sanford NC

    What: The office will hold a car auction. Only cash will be accepted. Items will be onsite and available to view starting at 10a.
  • Author Event at the Lee County Library, 107 Hawkins Ave, Sanford NC

    What: Meet Rev. Dr. Shelia Crump, author of “A Book of Occasional Prayers.” Crump will read from the book and be available for questions after.
  • Fall Carnival at Barbecue Presbyterian Church, 124 Barbecue Church Rd, Sanford NC

    What: The church will have activities and games such as face painting, bottle ring toss, cornhole, cake walk, bingo, bouncy house, and many more will be offered that day. Admission is free.

    What: The shop will offer a Christmas beer tasting, cookies, and hot chocolate.
  • Cocoa & Van Gogh at ArtStudio, 102 S. Steele St, sanford NC

    What: Artists of all ages can make a unique item for $15. Cookies and cocoa will be provided. The event is floating.
